AI Closet is an application that utilizes artificial intelligence to identify and analyse clothing items from images. The service allows users to capture photos of their clothes, use virtual try-on features and receive outfit suggestions or shopping recommendations. AI Closet does not own the content that users upload or process but facilitates stylist insights based on data provided.
AI Closet complies with applicable laws and fully respects third-party rights. The app is not liable for the content uploaded by users, nor for the fashion advice or purchase suggestions generated by the AI Stylist from such content.
2. Changes to the AI Closet Service
AI Closet reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features and functionalities of the service without prior notice. We may discontinue some or all features of the service at any time. If you are dissatisfied with any changes to the service, your only option is to stop using it.
3. Privacy Policy
The AI Closet Privacy Policy, available within the application, governs how we collect, use, maintain, and disclose information from users. By using AI Closet, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy and acknowledge your understanding of how your personal information is handled.
4. Using the AI Closet Service
AI Closet is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, sublicense, transfer, or exploit the service commercially. You agree not to use the service in any unlawful manner or attempt unauthorized access to the service. Unauthorized use, such as hacking or collecting data from other users, is strictly prohibited.

"Your Content" includes any images you upload in connection with the AI Closet service.
You may not upload photos that are offensive, unlawful or contain nudity. We use automated filters and manual review to monitor content. We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these community standards.
6. Termination of Service
You may terminate your account and stop using AI Closet at any time by contacting customer support. AI Closet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Content you have uploaded may be deleted upon account termination.
7. Intellectual Property and Licenses
AI Closet retains ownership of its software and services. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the service for personal purposes only. Unauthorized use, data mining, or scraping of the service is strictly prohibited.
If you believe that content available through AI Closet infringes your intellectual property rights, you may report the infringement to us, and we will take appropriate action.
8. Procedure for Reporting Claimed Infringement

10. Subscriptions Terms for Google Play Users:
We are committed to enhancing your experience through our subscription plans. In app subscriptions will be charged via your Google Play account. Here's what you need to know about our offerings:
- 1. Free Use: Access to core features, including limited closet storage and basic outfit creations and suggestions for a limited-time free trial. Once the trial expires, a subscription is required for unlimited storage and Virtual Try-On.
- 2. Subscriptions Benefits: All features in AI Closet, including unlimited garment uploads, premium AI Try-On, and 24/7 AI Stylist support.

- What Data is Shared: When you use clothing identification or Virtual Try-on features, the specific images you provide are transmitted to our third-party AI processors
- Purpose of Sharing: This data is shared solely to perform the stylistic analysis, generate outfit compositions, and provide the conversational AI responses requested by you.
- Third-Party Privacy: We ensure that our third-party AI providers (OpenAI) provide a level of data protection at least equal to our own. You can review OpenAI’s privacy commitments at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
- User Consent: By enabling AI features within the app and submitting content for analysis, you provide your explicit consent for this data to be shared with and processed by these third-party providers. You may opt-out at any time by ceasing to use the AI-driven features of the application.
