Welcome to Kids’ Stories and Books! These Terms of
Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application. Please read
them carefully.
By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by
these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the
app.
1. Who Can Use This
App
While Kids’ Stories and Books is designed for
children, only adults (parents or legal guardians) may create
accounts, manage subscriptions, or make in-app purchases. By
starting a subscription or making a purchase, you confirm that you are
at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) and
that you consent to your child’s use of the app under your
supervision.
2. Subscriptions and
Payments
To unlock premium content, our app offers subscription plans. Here is
how they work:
- Billing: All payments are securely processed and
managed by the app store you used to download the app (Apple App Store
or Google Play Store). We do not collect or store your credit card
information.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew
unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing
period.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at
any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting
the app from your device does not cancel your
subscription.
- Refunds: Because payments are handled directly by
Apple and Google, any refund requests must be submitted directly to
their respective customer support teams, following their specific refund
policies.
2.1 Notice for Apple
Users
- This application is governed by Apple’s standard End User License

- If you are using Kids’ Stories and Books on an
Apple device, please note that this Agreement is between you and
Kids’ Stories and Booksnot Apple. Apple is not
responsible for any claims or issues related to the use of the
Kids’ Stories and Books.
- By using Kids’ Stories and Books, you agree to
comply with applicable third-party terms and conditions, including those
set by Apple.
2.2.
Subscriptions Terms for Google Play Users:
We are committed to enhancing your experience through our
subscription plans. In app subscriptions will be charged via your Google
Play account. Here’s what you need to know about our offerings:
- 1. Free Use: create a limited number of stories using AI.
- 2. Subscriptions Benefits: - All features in Kids’ Stories
and Books
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless it is canceled at
least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- 4. How to Subscribe?: Go to the Home Screen > Pro Icon >
Select the subscription plan
- 5. Cancelling Your Subscription: It is sad to see you go! But we are
committed to providing easy procedures for you to follow if you choose
to cancel your premium access. Simple Process: - Please click on this
link to go to Subscriptions screen on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
- Select the Kids’ Stories and BooksApp in the list;
Select the subscription or plan you want to cancel - Tap Cancel

3. Intellectual
Property and Content
All the materials inside the app—including stories, books,
illustrations, audio, animations, and the app’s software—are owned by or
licensed to Kids’ Stories and Books and are protected
by copyright laws.
You may:
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial, and family entertainment
purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, modify, or sell any of the books, artwork, or
content found in the app.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app’s services or
security features.
4. Privacy
Your family’s privacy is extremely important to us. Our app is free
of third-party advertisements for children. For detailed information on

5. Limitation of
Liability
We work hard to make Kids’ Stories and Books a safe,
fun, and bug-free experience. However, the app is provided on an “as is”
and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for
any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use
of the app, including but not limited to technical issues, data loss, or
device malfunctions.
6. Changes to These
Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant
changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page
or by providing a notice within the app. Continued use of the app after
any changes means you accept the new Terms.
